Hi, I’m Sophie, a trained spiritual director, accredited counsellor and pastoral supervisor with over 10 years’ experience in church ministry. Alongside therapy and supervision, I offer spiritual direction in Thornbury, Bristol as well as online, serving the Bristol and South Gloucestershire area. Spiritual direction is a reflective and prayerful space to explore your faith journey and your relationship with God.
Spiritual direction isn’t about being “told what to do.” Instead, it’s about being gently accompanied as you pay attention to God’s presence in your life. Whether you’re exploring faith, discerning calling or simply longing for deeper connection with God, this space offers time to slow down, reflect, and listen.

Spiritual Direction is a regular, intentional time of reflection on your spiritual journey. Together we notice where God maybe at work, explore your experiences of prayer and faith, and listen for the gentle movements of the Spirit in your life.
